Staying here was a great decision! The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to Jojo Siwa concert venue. It's directly opposite the DFO outlet, making shopping a breeze. The rooms were modern and spacious, with breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's elevator system was inconvenient, with no way to bypass reception.

We loved how this hotel was conveniently situated next to DFO and the convention centre. there was a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby, and the free tram station allowed us easy access to explore the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a good view.

Great location near the convention center, plentiful dining options. Reception staff offered comb and late check out. Rooms were brand new and parking was affordable. an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal for me as it was near the convention centre where I had my meetings. The staff were amazing and always ready to help. George the porter was particularly friendly and made my stay here much more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities that I needed to make my stay comfortable. I was also impressed with their room service, which was available 24/7.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

I was kinda surprised to find a lovely card and bottle of champagne in my room for my anniversary. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for my plans. I would definitely recommend Novotel.

Great location, close to popular shopping center. Clean and quiet rooms.
Small bed size, not comfortable for two people. Limited dining options, especially in the lobby area.
